I stole this workout from Carrie Underwood, but I love it so much I have to share it. This workout is awesome, because it’s a way to change up your workouts, add some fun to your sweating ways, and you can do it anywhere. To start, you will need a deck of cards. Next, assign a body part to each suit. For example, hearts for your core, spades your lower body, etc. Then make a list of workouts for each body part—it helps me if I write it down, but if you’re that super, you can just make a mental list. Split the deck in half, and once you get through the first half, switch up the suits and body parts. So, an example of how this might look is, if I draw a 10 of spades and spades is assigned to my lower body, then I might do 10 squats. Then I might draw a 3 of hearts, so I’ll do 3 sets of crunches. This way you’re constantly doing something different, and it’s kind of like you’re playing a game.
