The cushion of my eyelash curler was super worn down, so I went to buy replacements. In the past I was able to buy a packet of replacements, and then I wouldn’t have to worry about them for a while. So I went to Target, and they didn’t have them. I went to Walgreens, and the lady there told me they stopped carrying them. She said Revlon will give it to you for free if you call them and tell them that you need it. Otherwise, the only way to get a new cushion is to buy a whole new curler. I didn’t really see the point in that.
So, as I was telling my friend about this dilemma, she told me about a product that she uses, called “Cils Booster,” made by Lancôme. She said that since she’s been using it, she hasn’t used an eyelash curler, and she has the most lifted curled eyelashes I’ve ever seen—other than false eyelashes. And she’s only a quarter Asian, but she said that she has the same Asian eyelash problem I do—flat eyelashes that don’t do anyone any good. This has always bothered me, because the hair on my head is quite wavy, so why isn’t there a bit of curl in my eyelashes???
Anyways, I finally got it and I have to say I am mighty impressed. With the Cils Booster my eyelashes stay lifted all day until I take my make up off. And it's super easy to use. You just apply it like mascara, before putting your mascara on, and you don't have to wait for the Cils Booster to dry.
So if you need a little lift in your lashes, give this product a try ;).
